JOB ALERT - PEC Apprentice (closing 12th Dec)

We are offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity to an enthusiastic apprentice with a positive outlook!
Our landmark Warm and Well Project – funded by the Big Lottery – will tackle fuel poverty with disabled residents in Plymouth and you could help us deliver it!

You will work in the community to reach 3,400 residents with physical and mental health needs, learning disabilities or long term illness, through outreach events and activities. The role is exciting and varied – allowing you to gain a customer service qualification within a passionate and award winning team at the forefront of Community Energy.
Day to day you will find yourself:
- Helping to train volunteers and partners
- Talking to the public at events
- Going out on home visits to offer advice on energy use
- Helping to find ways to maximise a household’s income
- Planning physical work on homes to prevent damp and cold.

If successful, you will be employed as an apprentice by Plymouth City Council which hosts the post on behalf of Plymouth Energy Community.

You will be located at Ballard House, West Hoe Road, Plymouth
1 year with opportunity for progression
£10,424 pa.
37 Hours per week
